Education Part 5

Monday was just a long school day...

Periods 1&2 Math: the teacher started off by asking, if you have ten people equally sharing a workload and one of the people gets sick, then how much harder does each person have to work? Yeah, sorry Germans, the answers not 10%. Somehow they've done integrals and derivatives but are now doing matrices for the first time. Idk they definitely learn more about matrices than we do in Alg2 but I'm not so sure if it's necessarily a useful more (as in I don't know enough to make that judgment).

Periods 3&4 Chem: so, they've been learning organic chemistry and I've been learning with them... Kinda. Well, today I got to work on a worksheet over orgo... Thank god everything is done in groups here. Jama was nice enough to pair up with me, so I made small contributions here and there while he did it xD also, we went to the computer lab and they have this super cool program where you can like create structural formulas and then it'll give you the product and show you the geometry and stuff.

Period 5 English: So, they were starting some presentation on English music that originated from someplace other than the USA, Britain, of Germany. Jama had to work on some essay, so I just looked up stuff on the computer and left it for him to use in the next half that I miss cause stupid Homeroom :( one funny thing I noticed, is that in a more professional setting, Germans speak English with a British like accent but conversationally they have a German accent.

Period 6 Homeroom: same old same old

Period 7: Narin's religion class got canceled so I skipped philosophy to go home early but then I decided to just chill in the area cause we had Sport 10&11 anyways. Periods 8&9 were free and I didn't have to run in Sport so I got a lot of chill time :)
